AMC Module 1st - Basic Plan For Residential Houses
AMC Charge Rs. 2000/- For a Year
1. WATER TANK CLEANING 2 TIMES (6 Month Each)
2. GENERAL CHECKUP 2 TIMES (6 Month Each)
3. FULL INSPECTION (with taps cleaning) 1 Times in a Year
4. HOME VISIT ON CALL 3 Times in a Year
Term & Conditions.
In this module cover only 2-5 Bathroom + 1-2 Kitchen with bathroom accessories.
In this module cover only total 2000 liter water capacity tank.
Material charge is not included in AMC charge. Any type of material/spare parts will be charged extra. (Like Teflon tape, washer, white cements, solvent, sealant, internal fittings etc.)
Any Type of New Work will be charged extra.
Any type of broking, digging, cleaning of soil/clog will be charged extra on time of Home Visit of Plumber.
AMC Module 2nd - Advance Plan For Luxurious Residential Houses
AMC Charge Rs. 3500/- For a Year
1. WATER TANK CLEANING 3 TIMES (4 Month Each)
2. GENERAL CHECKUP 4 TIMES (3 Month Each)
3. FULL INSPECTION (with taps cleaning) 2 Times in a Year
4. HOME VISIT ON CALL 6 Times in a Year
Term & Conditions.
In this module cover only 2-7 Bathroom + 1-3 Kitchen with bathroom accessories.
In this module cover only total 3000 Liter water capacity tank.

1000/- Net off on Boring Labor Rate & 10% Discount on Material of Boring items on Final Bill.
